It is located on the first floor of a building in a quiet street 500 metres from the sea, in a residential neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but very close to the centre of Can Picafort. It is a functional flat for 4 people. It consists of 2 double rooms with 2 single beds, 1 complete bathroom, a living-dining room with satellite TV and DVD. The kitchen has the necessary utensils and electrical appliances to help you with the tasks during your stay, as well as the laundry.

The area
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometres of coastline, are of fine, white sand and are equipped with all services,
The leisure offer is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, chemists, municipal swimming pool… close to the neighbourhood, so you won’t need to go anywhere else.

From the town you can reach any point on the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is just a few kilometres away by bicycle, as is the Parc de la finca pública de Son Real (an incomparable natural area full of archaeological sites), which you can reach by walking, cycling or horse riding along the coast.
A bus line connects Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia, the walled Roman city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.
