Casa Orellana is on the first floor of a building located in a quiet street 200 m. from the sea, in a residential neighbourhood, away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas, but close to the centre and the beach of Can Picafort.
It is a practical flat for 6 people. It consists of 3 double bedrooms with 1 double bed and 4 single beds, 1 complete bathroom with shower, a living-dining room with TV and DVD. The kitchen is fully equipped and has enough utensils and electrical appliances to help you with the chores during your stay, as well as a washing machine. An air-conditioning unit in the hallway will help you sleep during the hottest nights.
Sunny balcony with outdoor furniture, ideal for having breakfast or dinner, sunbathing, reading, chatting or just relaxing before going to bed.
On the upper floor you can enjoy an exclusive picnic area with barbecue and sun loungers. There is also a small kitchen and a summer dining room, a bathroom and a laundry room.
There is also a parking space in the basement of the building.

The area
Can Picafort is one of the most popular tourist resorts in Mallorca. Its beaches, awarded with the blue flag by the FEE (Foundation for Environmental Education) extend along almost 9 kilometres of coastline, are of fine, white sand and are equipped with all services,
The offer for leisure is extensive, with numerous bars, restaurants, discotheques, sports, etc. and with all the facilities: supermarkets, chemists, municipal swimming pool… close to the neighbourhood, so you won’t need to travel.
From the village you can reach any point of the island. The Parc Natural de s’Albufera is just a few kilometres away by bicycle, as is the Parc de la finca pública de Son Real (an incomparable natural area full of archaeological sites), which you can reach on foot, by bicycle or on horseback along the coast.
A bus line connects Can Picafort with Puerto de Alcúdia, the walled Roman city of Alcúdia, Puerto de Pollença, Pollença, Inca and Palma, the capital.
